Important

Damage caused by your negligence or misuse, as well as damage caused by your efforts to repair the damage, is your responsibility. In such cases, we will make the repairs, but you will be charged for the cost of the labor and materials. Repair of plumbing stoppages caused by your negligence or misuse will also be paid by you.

Release of Key

Please note that if you do not authorize the release of a key to a vendor, you will need to be available to give the vendor access to the property.
